Younger brother to the P7000S’, the Yamaha P5000S amplifier packs a more modest punch at 1400w of output at 8ohms of bridged mono operation. Don’t let this fool you though; the P5000S is still an extremely powerful amplifier that’s capable of powering many medium-sized live events.
The Yamaha P5000S also comes with further power configurations. At 4ohms, both channels can output 700w each and at 8ohms, each channel can output 500w, making this a truly versatile amplifier. With its blue and silvery metallic chassis, the Yamaha P5000S is an extremely robust and durable piece of equipment. All the materials are lightweight too, making the amplifier easier to unload and load to and from jobs.
