As part of an ongoing partnership with the East Midlands Conference Centre, we were asked to support them with the technical production of a pyrotechnics masterclass, a one day event ran by the governing body of football across wider Europe (UEFA).
The main focus of the event was the custom video displays, with a central 4m x 4m LED screen and two 1.5m x 4m LED towers either side, each with their own unique content and resolutions. LED wall hire is a great solution where projection isn’t the best option, or where a special factor is required! We also supplied a Barco E2 screen management system, enabling us to seamless link all videos, slide content, comfort monitors and Samsung 65” repeater screens together to provide a slick show!
Adding to the delegate experience was the use of voting keypads, by providing this interactive aspect, each attendee could directly engage with the presentation, and see the live effect of how they – and their colleagues – had voted. These pads are a great addition to any corporate event.
Alongside the video and voting systems we provided external and internal lighting, with large format logo projection and architectural lighting outside, whilst the interior of the venue featured a Chauvet Professional moving head light package and Prolights SmartBat+ uplighting. We also provided a fully dimmable room lighting system and rigging systems.
Last but not least, we supplemented the in-house PA system with a Martin Audio speaker set-up, including presenter monitor speakers, a full show record and a wireless communication system for the client.
