We supplied the lighting and stage power distribution equipment for a series of major outdoor festival dates to promote Jägermeister.
Over the course of the summer festival season, we toured over 6 festivals including Creamfields, Download Festival, Sonisphere Festival UK and Splendour Festival working with headline acts including Feeder, The Bluetones, Bowling for Soup and Funeral for a Friend.
The main challenge was how to create a memorable show for all the acts with the majority being onstage during daylight hours to audiences of up to 7,000 revellers.
We decided to utilise a low-resolution effect screen with pixel mapping software to allow us to convert video files into lighting effects. This screen was bright enough to create a variety of effects throughout the daylight shows and was then complemented by intelligent and LED lighting for after dark along with the obligatory smoke effects and strobe lighting.
