In 2025, we partnered with a leading global investment company to provide full technical production for their annual conference. This prestigious event brought together industry leaders, stakeholders, and delegates from around the world, spanning two expansive ballrooms and requiring a highly coordinated approach to production.

Scope of Work

Our team managed every element of the technical delivery, ensuring that each session, keynote, and networking opportunity was supported by world-class production. Services included:

Comprehensive Production Management
From the early planning stages through to on-site delivery, our production managers coordinated all technical elements. This included showcalling services to keep every session running smoothly and on schedule, while ensuring transitions were seamless across multiple venues.

LED Displays & Visuals
We supplied and installed state-of-the-art LED displays, including a bespoke fascia to align with the client’s branding. Integrated LED stage elements and large-scale video walls were used to enhance presentations, amplify visual impact, and keep audiences fully engaged.

Stage Design & Construction
Our in-house team designed and constructed a custom stage setup tailored to both the aesthetic and functional requirements of the event. LED integration was built into the stage to provide dynamic visual possibilities, while maintaining a professional and polished look for keynote speakers and panel sessions.

Onsite Videography & Editing
A dedicated video team captured key moments throughout the event, providing live coverage and on-the-spot editing. This allowed for real-time content deployment across channels, ensuring that highlights reached both attendees and wider audiences instantly.

Skilled Crew & Advanced Equipment
Over 18 tonnes of technical equipment were deployed to deliver this event, ranging from LED panels and rigging to sound, lighting, and video systems. A 30-person build team worked tirelessly to ensure efficient setup and flawless operation across the duration of the conference.
