You’ll need superb lighting to create just the right ambiance, crystal clear sound for those who’ve been invited to speak, equipment set up for the entertainment you’ve booked and – of course – no gala is complete without a spectacular LED dance floor that can change colour in time with the music.

Full event production:
Our highly skilled team can help design and co-ordinate the lighting, sound, audiovisual and video for your gala dinner. We can also provide special effects, such as sparkling star backdrops and lighting projections of your company logo.
Our highly skilled team will work with you to design the lighting for your gala dinner. We can provide a production crew on the day who’ll install and operate equipment too. Alternatively, you may simply dry hire our lighting equipment for the night.
Our team of sound engineers and technicians can advise you on the equipment needed for your gala dinner. They can install and operate the sound systems on the night, or you can simply dry hire the equipment as a one-off.
You can hire our quality audio visual equipment for your gala dinner. In stock, we have projectors, projector screens, plasma screens, laptops and more. Either dry hire our equipment or have our technical production team at your dinner for the evening.
We will provide video for your event and will travel to your organisation to capture footage. Alternatively, we can film the gala dinner and create a highlights reel. You may dry hire our video equipment instead, if needed.
Technical production crew:
We can assemble a technical production crew of skilled lighting designers, technicians, sound engineers, show callers and video engineers for your event. Our team have worked at a number of gala dinners for high profile clients, including Vodafone, Fiat and Cancer Research UK. We’ll bring our knowledge and expertise to your event too.
